The support widget your users see
The Help button opens a private chat inside your app. Users choose what to share before they send.
Match your app
In Widget, choose Auto, Light, or Dark. Auto follows your app's theme, then the user's system setting. Choose an accent for both themes, or separate light and dark accents. The preview shows both themes before you copy the code. Text, links, and focus rings may use a lighter or darker accent for contrast. Filled buttons and the launcher keep your chosen color. Choose Square, Soft, or Round corners, and put the launcher on the left or right. The widget keeps your app's font.
Ask and see what happens
The send summary shows the message, wallet status and each detail the user ticked. When the workspace builds improvement copies, the summary also shows its notice and Privacy link. After sending, the widget says who replies next. The user can choose Talk to a person to hand the case to your team without a charge.
Choose who can ask
| Setting | Who can ask |
|---|---|
| Anyone, including guests | A user with or without a wallet. |
| Attached wallet or better | A user who shares the wallet their app reports. |
| Verified wallet only | A user who signs in with their wallet. |
Wallet fallback lets a guest ask when their wallet cannot connect, while the manager keeps it on. Your team sees Guest and Wallet wouldn't connect.
Read the wallet label
- Guest means no verified wallet is attached.
- Attached wallet means the app reported an address. The address is unverified.
- Verified wallet means the user proved control through wallet sign-in.
Ask the user to verify before you rely on wallet control for a sensitive step. Connected and verified wallets explains what the proof covers.
Keep the case private
The user reads their own case. Your team reads it under current permissions. Private notes stay with your team. The inbox explains replies and notes. Chat cannot sign, approve or send transactions. Never share a private key or recovery phrase.
Share a transaction
A user chooses whether to share the transaction and app details. Sharing a transaction switches AI answers to AI drafts only while the manager keeps that setting on. AI off stays off. AI modes explain what changes after a person joins.

Remembered wallet sign-in In testing
Remembered sign-in is the user's choice when signing. The manager can turn it off or sign everyone out. Wallet removal and sign-out end it.
Engineers can use the widget reference. Users can read Ask for help.
In testing means the feature is built and not yet open to every workspace.
