Set up your Templ workspace
Install Templ with your AI coding tool. When Connect is available, the tool gives you one setup link. Sign in with your wallet and confirm the app and its origins. Create a workspace there or choose one you manage. You do not need to find its ID. Then set up your team and widget.
Connect your app In testing
Name your team
Set the team name users will see in the widget. People can also set their name for users. Names grant no access.
Choose who can ask
Open Widget and choose Who can start a case.
- Anyone, including guests lets users ask without a wallet. This is the default.
- Attached wallet or better requires a wallet shared from your app.
- Verified wallet only requires the user's wallet sign-in.
A higher level also applies to open cases. It does not delete their history. Wallet fallback lets users ask when their wallet cannot connect, while the manager keeps that setting on. The widget guide explains the labels and send summary.
Choose the AI mode
The workspace default starts as AI answers. Choose AI drafts only to review answers before sending them. Choose AI off to leave cases to your team. AI modes explain automatic switches and handoffs.
Add your team
Grant each person an explicit role in Team. Team roles explain who can read, reply and manage.
Add test accounts
List up to 10 test accounts before they open cases. Their allowance covers 50 test cases per 30 days. Setup and excluded previews use none of your 3 free resolved cases. Resolved-case rules explain which checks apply when a case opens.
Set alerts and check
Use new-case alerts to choose how your team hears about cases. Send a test question from the approved site. Reply from the inbox.
Check my install In testing
Never ask users for a private key or recovery phrase.
In testing means the feature is built and not yet open to every workspace.
