Order forms and team access
A signed order form lists your price, scope, term and end date. Your workspace keeps the public price unless an active form sets another price.
Agree the price
The form lasts at most 24 months. It names each price step and when it applies. An active form keeps its price through public price changes. A price cut applies at once. A higher revision or higher public price after the form ends needs 30 days' notice. Each charge keeps the price and form revision it used when it became pending. Free cases and grants follow the same rules. Billing managers see the form, price steps and end date in Plan.
Check Templ access
Only an active signed form for Templ staff access can list people who answer in your name. Your manager must grant each person a team role before they read or answer cases. Your team sees a Templ tag. Users see your team name. Templ follows your instructions and the same case access rules. An order form alone grants no case access.
Your manager can remove access at any time. Access ends when the form ends or its scope changes. It also ends when the role is removed or the person leaves the approved list. Open connections end too. Templ never adds itself to your workspace. Team access explains the permission checks. AI modes still apply to every case.
Read payment terms
Resolved cases use the workspace's price table, whoever answers. Templ invoices agreed work through payment requests in Plan. Stablecoin payments explains those transfers and receipts. Pricing explains the public offer. The DPA covers Templ's data instructions.
