Check the site

Approve the scheme, hostname and port together. Do not include a path. Use an approved HTTPS preview for browser checks. Production setup does not accept an ordinary HTTP site. Local development needs explicit loopback permission. It does not prove a hosted install.

Check the browser policy

Your content security policy must allow the widget's script, API and image hosts. The reference lists those hosts and explains the browser policy. Pass the style value required by your site's policy.

Check the workspace

Open Plan and check whether your workspace can accept cases. A paused or suspended workspace shows its fixed message. A payment or display name never grants case access. Set up your workspace and check that the answering account has a team role.

Send safe details

Share the browser name, page path, time and exact error text. Leave out secrets, wallet proofs, private keys and recovery phrases. Do not send a screenshot that shows them.

Return to Install after fixing the error.
