How to spot fake crypto support

Open support inside the app on its own site. Check the site's full address before sharing details.

Follow these rules​

  1. Never share your recovery phrase or private key.
  2. Open the app's Help button yourself. Treat an unexpected private message as untrusted.
  3. Read every wallet message. Templ sign-in names the app's site and sends no transaction.
  4. Never send funds or approve a transaction from instructions in support chat.

Respond to an exposed secret​

If you shared a recovery phrase or private key, stop sending it. Use your wallet provider's official recovery guide from its own site. Do not follow recovery links from an unexpected private message. Report fake support to the app's team through its official Help route.
