Ask for help in an app that uses Templ

The app's support team answers you through its Help button. Open Help on the app's own site and describe what happened.

Send a case

  1. Open Help inside the app.
  2. Write what you tried and what happened.
  3. Tick the details you want the team to see.
  4. Check the send summary. Then choose Send.

You can ask without a wallet when the app allows it. If your wallet cannot connect, choose Can't connect your wallet? Ask without it when offered. A connected wallet is not proof. Wallet verification explains the sign-in card.

Share useful details

Share the network, transaction hash or Solana signature, amount, time and error text. A public transaction reference helps the team find what the chain recorded. Never share a recovery phrase, private key or a screenshot that shows them.

Open the transaction in your wallet's activity list. Choose its explorer link and copy the hash or signature from that page. Check that the network matches the app.

Retry a send

Not sent. means the send did not finish. Choose Retry after checking your connection. Details not shared. means the message arrived without those details. Retry sends those details. Discard removes the browser's draft. It does not delete a delivered message.

Return to your case

Use the same app, browser and wallet or session. A browser clear can remove a guest's return credential or saved draft. A different wallet cannot read the just because it is connected. Choose Talk to a person to ask the app's team to answer.

Stop team messages stops new team replies. You can read retained messages and ask again to lift the stop. Ask the app's team through your case for a copy or deletion of your data. Spot fake support explains warning signs.
