Workspace
Your app's support inbox, team access and widget settings.
Case
One user problem your team handles. A reply within the reopen window returns to the same case.
Resolved case
A case your team marks resolved or the user confirms as solved. Billing also needs a team reply and the billing checks.
Guest
A user with no wallet proof attached to the case.
Attached wallet
An address the app reported and the user shared. It stays unverified.
Verified wallet
A wallet whose sign-in message and signature Templ checked. The proof shows address control at that time.
Linked wallet
A wallet proved by signature and linked to an account. Linking grants no team or management access.
Transaction check
A read of a shared transaction from the chain. It shows facts, findings and what is unknown.
AI draft
An answer written for your team to review. It reaches the user when a person sends it.
AI mode
The case setting that lets the AI answer, draft or read nothing.
Handoff
A case passed to your team with a reason. A handoff adds no charge.
Order form
A signed agreement naming a custom price, service scope, term and end date. It grants no case access.
Early feature
A built feature enabled for one workspace for testing, with an end date. It never widens permissions.
De-identified copy
A separate improvement copy with identifying details removed by its rules. Those rules cannot find every name.
Billing manager
An account allowed to manage workspace billing. Billing permission grants no case access.
Support lead
A team role that handles cases and manages support tools and authorized exports.
Specialist
A person who handles assigned follow-ups and notes on cases they can access. They cannot reply to users.
Internal note
A message for authorized people on your team. Users and user exports never receive it.
Free start
The free resolved-case allowance, once per billing owner and app domain. It has no end date.
Balance
Prepaid stablecoins and credit left for resolved cases. A final charge can take it below zero.
Support
Templ's widget and private team inbox. Your team, your AI or Templ people under a deal can answer.
AI agent
An automated account your manager adds in Team. Its replies carry the AI agent label and follow each case’s mode.
