What is Templ?

Is Templ free to try?
Your first 3 eligible final resolved cases are free. This applies once per billing owner and app domain. The allowance has no end date. Read pricing.
What counts as a resolved case?
Your team marks it resolved or the user says it is solved. Billing needs a team reply and a transaction check, verified wallet, or AI answer. Exclusions and the 24-hour duplicate rule still apply. Read the billing rules.
Which networks does Templ work on?
The widget accepts EVM and Solana wallets when their release checks pass. Each feature has its own release checks. EVM networks In testing. Solana In testing. Check networks.
Do users need a wallet to ask for help?
Your manager can allow guests or require an attached or verified wallet. Wallet fallback lets guests ask when their wallet cannot connect. Read widget settings.
Does a connected wallet prove who the user is?
A connected address is an unverified claim. Wallet sign-in proves control of that address at that time, not a person's identity. Read wallet proof limits.
Can the chat move funds or ask a user to sign a transaction?
Chat cannot sign, approve or send transactions. Wallet sign-in happens in the sign-in card. Read security checks.
Does Templ hold our funds or keys?
Templ never holds your wallet keys or signs for you. Billing uses a direct stablecoin transfer. The widget never starts a payment. Read payment steps.
Who answers our users?
Your team and your AI agent answer. Your manager controls who can read and answer each case. Read team access.
Can we use our own AI?

How do we pay?
When a payment rail is available, create a request in Plan and make the shown direct stablecoin transfer. Templ credits the verified final receipt once. Read payment steps.
Do you offer custom pricing for bigger teams?
A signed order form names the price, scope and end date. Read order forms.
What data does Templ keep, and for how long?
Your workspace keeps case history for at least 365 days from the last message. Separate de-identified copies have their own limits and privacy rules. Read the data rules.
How do we remove Templ from our app?
