Follow a case​

  1. The user opens Help inside your app.
  2. The user chooses which details to share. Your manager can allow users to ask without signing in.
  3. Your team gets the shared details. Transaction checks appear when available.
  4. Your AI agent or ours answers what it can or writes a draft for your team.
  5. Your team answers the rest in the same chat.
  6. The user says it is solved, or your team resolves it. Eligible count toward your bill.

Privacy​

  • Ask without signing in when your manager allows guests. No email or name is needed.
  • A free signature proves the wallet when the user chooses to sign in.
  • Pick which details to share before sending.
  • Only your team and the AI agents you add can open a case.
  • Your manager grants team access.

When enabled, Templ keeps a of finished cases to improve answers. The widget shows the notice and links to Privacy before the user sends. Read what the copy keeps.

Your first 3 eligible resolved cases are free. Then $8 per resolved case, $4 after 100 in a month. Pay only for resolved cases with a transaction check, a verified wallet, or an AI answer. No seats.
